ثقافة السماح للسعوديات بالسفر دون موافقة ولي أمر

حرفيا القرار لايفرق كثيرا عن ماهو سابق الا للحالات الفرديه من الايتام الذين يحصلون على وصايه من قبل اقربائهم او بعض المعنفين

انا رجل وكل ما هممت بالسفر استأذن الوالد والوالده واذا رفضوا لا اذهب
والذين يسافرون من قبل هم نفسهم الذين سيسافرون بعد القرار لان السابق كان ولي الامر الذي لايمانع يعطي تصريح طويل الامد وهو جالس في المنزل
تنظيميا اختلفت الامور لكن مجتمعيا هي نفسها

أما تبرير المنع بامكانية ارتكاب أفعال خاطئة، فنعرف أن الأشخاص (ذكور / إناث) الذين يميلون لارتكاب الخطايا لا يحتاجون للسفر للقيام بأفعال لا تخطر على بال ابليس..
